| What does “Custom Home” really mean? |
Custom Home means different things to different builders and home owners. A true Custom Home is a home designed from scratch for the customer to be built on their lot/land and built to their specifications using products, finishes, colors and designs of their choice. Many times the word “Customized Home” would be a more accurate description when a customer has choices such as minor floor plan changes, cabinets, countertops, paint colors and floor coverings.
